The Quick Check Drive® system from Hunter performs autonomous alignment assessments using Hunter’s award-winning WinAlign® software.
Using 32 lasers and 8 cameras, the completely unmanned system scans a vehicle’s wheels as they drive through without stopping. The system is capable of scanning a new vehicle every 3 to 5 seconds and uses automatic vehicle identification to compare results against Hunter’s complete OEM specification database, providing total toe and individual camber measurements in seconds. The pass/fail results can be displayed automatically in service drives and/or waiting rooms for complete customer transparency.
Quick Check Drive® also has an optional Damage-Cam feature that takes 40 or more high-definition images of every vehicle on both sides, to help protect against false damage reports.
